Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made on examophobia.com ("Examophobia"), owned and operated by Argasia Education Private Limited.
1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping or Returns
Examophobia provides digital services only — AI answer-writing evaluation, mock tests, practice questions and online study tools delivered electronically through your account. There are no physical goods shipped, and therefore there is nothing to physically return or exchange.
2. Instant Delivery
Access to a purchased subscription or credits is granted immediately after a successful payment, within your Examophobia account. As the service is consumed online, a purchased plan once activated cannot be "returned".
3. Physical Products (Future)
Examophobia does not currently sell physical goods. If physical products such as printed books or study material are offered in future, a separate return, replacement and refund policy for physical goods (covering damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, with timelines) will apply and will be shown to you at the time of purchase. 4. Refunds
While digital services cannot be returned, you may be eligible for a refund in certain situations (such as accidental/duplicate payment, non-delivery due to a technical fault, or a request within the goodwill window for an unused plan). All refund eligibility, timelines and processing are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Help & Support
If you have a problem accessing what you purchased, please contact us before raising a dispute — most issues are resolved quickly.
