Examophobia is a digital exam-preparation platform that provides AI-powered answer-writing practice and evaluation, mock tests, practice questions, previous-year question practice and related study tools for UPSC, IAS, IFoS and State PCS examinations (such as BPSC, UPPCS, MPPSC, RPSC/RAS, WBCS, HPSC, UKPSC, CGPSC, PPSC and others).

• Account information: name, email address, mobile number, password (stored in encrypted form), and the exam(s)/subjects you are preparing for.
• Content you submit: the answers, essays and text you write for practice, and any files or images you upload for evaluation.
• Payment information: when you purchase a plan, payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Paytm). We do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers; we receive only transaction status, order ID and limited billing details from the gateway.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, tests attempted, scores, IP address, browser type, device and operating system, and cookies/similar technologies.

• To create and manage your account and provide the services you request.
