This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on examophobia.com ("Examophobia"), owned and operated by Argasia Education Private Limited.
1. Digital Delivery (Current)
At present, Examophobia provides digital services only — AI answer-writing evaluation, mock tests, practice questions and online study tools. These are delivered electronically and instantly to your Examophobia account upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment involved, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
- Access to a purchased subscription or credits is activated immediately after payment is confirmed.
- If your access does not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, please refresh your account or contact us, and we will resolve it promptly.
2. Physical Products (Planned for the Future)
Examophobia does not currently sell or ship any physical goods. We may, in the future, offer physical products such as printed books or study material. When we do:
- Applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, serviceable locations and courier/partner details will be clearly shown at the time of purchase.
- Delivery timelines will depend on your location and the courier partner, and will be communicated with order/tracking details after dispatch.
- A separate return, replacement and refund policy for physical goods (covering damaged, defective or wrong items) will apply and will be made available at purchase.
Until such physical products are introduced, all purchases are digital and delivered online as described above.
